Reiki

A reiki session is designed to promote restoration, relaxation, promote pain relief, to restore balance and enhance your overall well-being. During a session with me you will experience a calming environment that encourages deep relaxation. Your session will begin with a personalized consultation where we will explore any areas of concern. This personalized approach will allow me to tailor the session to your unique needs. During your session I will guide you through a grounding technique, helping you connect with the present and prepare for the healing. Reiki is a hands on modality, therefore I will be placing my hands lightly on your solar plexus and sacral chakras, while channeling divine healing light directly from the Angelic Kingdom of Light. You may experience sensations such as warmth or gentle tingling as the divine energy flows through your energy body promoting deep relaxation and healing. As your session concludes I will gently bring you back to awareness, allowing you to reflect on your experience. Insights during the session may be shared to enhance your healing. After your session it is always recommended that you take time to integrate the healing by drinking water and journaling about your experience.

Distance Reiki

You can also experience reiki from the comfort of your home with one of our distance reiki sessions. This unique approach allows you to receive the same benefits of a traditional in-person reiki session, regardless of your location. Reiki eliminates the barriers of travel and time. You can participate from anywhere in the world, making it easy to integrate healing into your busy lifestyle. You will receive a personalized consultation by video call or phone. You will then be guided to find a peaceful environment to make yourself comfortable for your session. After the session take time to drink water and reflect on any insights you experienced. An email will be sent within 24 hours after your session detailing any insights that I received during your session.
